OUR STORY

A legacy built across generations.

MAJD’s journey began with a foundation in real estate development and evolved into a multidisciplinary architecture and design-build practice. Across generations, the studio has expanded its capabilities while preserving one principle: every space must be thoughtfully designed, carefully built, and made for the people who experience it.

1986
The Foundation
The journey began when Eng. Ibrahim, founder of MAJD Group, established MAJD Group for Real Estate Development, creating the foundation for a practice built on construction knowledge, delivery experience, and long-term commitment.

2014
A New Generation
The Group’s second generation established MAJD Architects, initially as the team responsible for the finishing and delivery of units developed by MAJD Group. This direct connection between design and construction shaped the studio’s practical approach from the beginning.

EVOLUTION
Beyond Finishing
As the practice grew, its scope expanded beyond finishing works to include architecture, interior design, renovation, construction management, execution, furnishing, and complete project delivery.

One Integrated Studio
Today, MAJD Architects brings architects, designers, engineers, and skilled specialists together through one connected process — shaping residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional spaces from the first idea to final handover.
